PIGEON SHOOTING EVENTS
IN THE HEART OF ANGUS AND FIFE

We are based in Angus, Scotland, an area renowned for wild hills, majestic glens and rolling, fertile farmland. There are miles of sandy wind-swept coastline and wide open spaces.

The area abounds in diverse shooting opportunities and is a sportsman’s dream. Angus Sporting Ltd have access to shooting in the Angus, Fife and Perthshire areas.

We shoot on country and sporting estates and farms. You will be guided by Gary Parkins, who has spent a lifetime in the field studying these fascinating birds.

Gary has been shooting for over 30 years and will share his enthusiasm and knowledge with you to ensure you have a day to remember. Gary has represented Scotland at international level in the discipline of sporting clay pigeon shooting and is experienced in all aspects of this sport.

Pigeons in abundance

Due to the rich farmland and natural environment the Pigeon population is in abundance, and Gary will use his local knowledge to find the best shooting opportunities for you on the day. Of course, Pigeon are a wild bird and whilst we will try our very best to give you a “red-letter day” huge bags cannot be guaranteed.

Angus Sporting Ltd can accommodate between one and four guns on the day, groups are welcome, as are well-behaved dogs. Juniors are especially welcome, if accompanied by a responsible adult holding a full shotgun license.

There are excellent travel links to the area with flights into Dundee from London Stansted. We are also on the main East Coast rail network and easily accessible via the roads. Find out more…
